Web Manager System
All Accounts

All hosting packages have access to our "In-house" Web Manager system, allowing you to upload and manage your files with ease from your web browser. No need to install and use complicated file transfer programs like FTP and FrontPage, with the added benefit of increased security for your website.

Email Accounts
All Accounts

Email accounts are available for your domain, e.g. yourname@yourdomain.com - each with its own mailbox. Personal accounts are provided with 5 email accounts, Business accounts are provided with 10. Additional email accounts may be purchased in blocks of 5 for an additional £20 per year.

POP3/SMTP
All Accounts

All email accounts provide POP3 and SMTP servers, allowing you to use your favourite email client software, Outlook Express for example, to compose and receive new mail.

Web Based Email Access
All Accounts

In addition to POP3/SMTP access, you may also access your email online using any web browser from anywhere in the world, great for when you are away from home or the office!

Web Space (Files)
All Accounts

We offer generous storage limits for your webspace. Personal accounts are permitted up to 50mb of disk space, Business accounts are permitted 200mb. Additional storage can be arranged, please contact us for more info.

PHP & ASP Support
All Accounts

PHP & ASP Server side scripting is available on all accounts.

CGI Support
Business Accounts Only

Perl/CGI Server side scripting is available for business accounts only.

MySQL/Access Database
Business Accounts Only

Database access plays a vital role in any business online and combined with server side scripting can provide for a truly interactive and powerful website, from member databases to online e-commerce applications.

ODBC Connectivity
Business Accounts Only

Business accounts are provided with 2 ODBC objects. Additional ODBC objects are available for £20 per year.

Monthly Backups
Business Accounts Only

Monthly backups of your website and databases are provided and we will restore your website/database from the latest backup up to 4 times per year without charge. Additional restores are subject to a fee of £20 per restore. We do NOT recommend you rely on this backup as your main backup and advise all customers to continue to make there own regular backups!
